My StoryĀ
Sixteen years ago, my life changed.
I was experiencing anxiety and panic attacks and eventually reached a point where I felt completely overwhelmed. There were times when I couldn't leave the house and I knew something had to change.
That experience began a journey of learning, exploration and transformation that would ultimately shape the work I do today.Ā
I explored hypnotherapy, breathwork, meditation, movement, nutrition, nervous system support, energy work and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
And over time, I began to understand something deeply:
I wasn't broken.
I needed to learn how to support myself differently.
That understanding changed everything.
Today
Now I help women find their way back to themselves.
Through my work as a transformation coach, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, breathworkĀ facilitator and creator of The RESET Method, I bring together the practices that have become such an important part of my own journey and my work with women.
My philosophy is simple:
You don't need to become someone else.
You need to reconnect with who you are.
